What is required to become a TruBe trainer?

To become a TruBe trainer, trainers need to first apply, our in-house Operations team will then select the very best candidates for a one-to-one interview where they are required to demonstrate a high level of knowledge and industry experience. If successful they are invited in for a headshot and a taster session if required, along with this they must send in a copy of their qualifications and insurance certificates which are kept on file and are verified against an official form of photo ID. The TruBe team will then continue to run quality control checks, have ongoing communication with all TruBe trainers and have on-hand support available for them.
