How do I cancel an upcoming TruBe sessions?

Open your bookings, here you will see all upcoming bookings, select the booking that you would like to cancel, then select 'Cancel session'

Sessions cancelled with more than 12 hours notice will be refunded in full, sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged in full. If you have any concerns please contact a member of the TruBe team.
